Source: EuroChem to offer 20 bln rbl 5-year bonds on Fri, Apr 13
MOSCOW, Apr 8 (PRIME) -- Russian fertilizer producer EuroChem plans to offer up to 20 billion rubles of 5-year exchange bonds of two series on Friday and April 13, a financial source told PRIME on Wednesday.
The company plans to offer 10 billion rubles of exchange bonds on Friday and no more than 10 billion rubles on April 13. The first coupon rate’s guidance for both issues is 8.25% annually, which corresponds to a yield of 8.42% annually to maturity.
The issues carry semiannual coupons, and technical placements were preliminary scheduled for April 16 and April 21.
Brokerage company Region and Credit Bank of Moscow will act as the organizers.
